We have contracted with Als’s Asphalt to sealcoat, stripe parking spaces and add freshly painted assigned parking numbers. The seal coating will be applied to the asphalt lots and roadways, and the striping/numbers will be done the same day. If your lot is concrete, the striping and freshly painted assigned parking numbers will be done on your assigned day. The speed bumps on Burbank and Bolgos will be repainted.

In the event of a rainy day the work scheduled for that day will be assigned to a date. The rest of the schedule will remain in effect.

Please keep your map and written instructions readily available. It is extremely important everyone keep to the schedule. We understand this is an inconvenience, but we need to maintain the parking areas. Any vehicles that are not moved from lots will be towed at owners’ expense.

Day 1-Yellow- Monday 8/3/2026 Monday 8/3/2026

Courts X, W, V, U and addresses 3502, 3504, 3506, 3508, 3510, 3512, 3521, 3523, 3525, 3527, 3531, 3533, 3535, 3537, 3537, 3541, 3543, 3545, 3547, 3549, 3551, 2553, 3555 Burbank Drive will be scheduled for that day. Burbank drive marked in yellow will be closed from the north entrance/exit at Green Road to 3502 Burbank. You will be required to have your vehicle(s), out of your parking no later than 6:45am on 8/3/26 and you may not return it to the lot until the next morning, Tuesday 8/4 at 6 am. You may park in open spots only, not reserved spaces in courts B, C, D, E, G, H Do not park on the side of Burbank drive or Bolgos circle.

Day 2-Pink- Tuesday 8/4/2026

Courts T, R, S and addresses 3433, 3431, 3429, 3425, 3423, 3421, 3419, 3417, 3415, 3413, 3411, 3353, 3351,3349 Burbank drive marked in Pink will be closed to through traffic that day. You will be required to have your vehicle(s), out of your parking no later than 6:45 am on Tuesday 8/4/2026 and you may not return it to the lot until the next morning Wed at 6 am. You may park in open spots only, not reserved spaces in courts A, N, P, M, L, K, J. Do not park on the side of Burbank drive or Bolgos circle.

Day 3-Blue Wed 8/5/2026

Courts A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, J, K, L, M, P, N Burbank Drive marked in Blue, and parts of Bolgos Circle will be closed to through traffic in that area. You will be required to have your vehicle(s), out of your parking no later than 6:45 am and you may not return it to the lot until the next morning, Thursday at 6 am. You may park in open spots, not reserved spaces in courts Court X, W, U and V. Do not park on the side of Burbank drive or Bolgos circle. It is important to have your vehicle out of those lost by 7am the next day.
