Chapel Hill has hired RD Kleinschmidt to re-shingle the roof and replace the gutters and down spouts on the condos outlined in red on the map. They will begin Monday, 4/7/2025 and anticipate completion by Friday, 4/11/2025, weather permitting.

• Please use caution around the construction area.

• You may want to remove pictures and other wall hangings on the second story that are not strongly secured so they do not fall

• Dust particulates are possible during construction; therefore, residents are advised that all doors, windows, and attic entrances remain closed during the process.

• All personal items, plants and furniture on the back or front yard must be covered or removed during the process, the contractors are not responsible for damaged items.

• All personal items in attics need to be covered or removed during construction.
