Lawn Mowing Begins
As the warmer weather rolls in, our maintenance crew will begin regular mowing and lawn care starting the first week of May. This includes weekly weed whacking every Thursday. Help us keep our community vibrant and inviting throughout the season by remembering to keep personal items off the common grassy areas to allow for efficient mowing. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain our beautiful, shared spaces!

Pool Opens
The Chapel Hill Condo Association pool officially opens on May 23, 2025!
Operating hours are 10 AM to 8 PM, Monday through Saturday, and 12 PM to 8 PM on Sundays. Get ready to relax, swim, and soak up the sun all season long.
Season pool passes for 2025 are available now! Secure yours by emailing chapelhilla2@gmail.com or visiting the HOA office.

PRETTY PATIO CONTEST
Join us for our patio and porch decorating contest and transform your outdoor space into a neighborhood favorite! Whether it's blooming flowers, cozy seating, or unique decor, your style could earn top recognition and prizes!

Annual Picnic

A 2 Zero-Home Energy Advisor Meeting
The A2Zero Home Energy Advisor is a free program designed to provide residents of Ann Arbor clear and actionable pathways toward more comfortable, affordable, and decarbonized homes. Join us February 13th for an in-person presentation at the clubhouse.
Project Grow-Accepting Applications!
Project Grow is now taking applications for the 2025 season. Most plots are 25’ x 15’ and rent for $80. For the first time, they are also offering smaller plots 12.5’ by 15’ that rent for $50. Chapel Hill Annual Meeting
The Annual Meeting is set for Wednesday, December 4th, at 7 p.m., to be held at the clubhouse and accessible via Zoom. Voting ballots have been mailed to all registered voters.

Pumpkin Painting Party!
Join us for a fun-filled Pumpkin Painting event on Thursday, October 24th at 4:30 PM at the clubhouse! We’ll provide the pumpkins, paints, and decorations. Plus, enjoy delicious donuts and cider! Costumes are welcome—can’t wait to see your creativity!
